Nerissa Williams Scott

Mrs. Williams Scott, CEO/Lead Creative Producer of That Child Got Talent Entertainment, Boston, MA (tcgtentertainment.com), is an Affiliate faculty member at Emerson College, Mass. College of Art, and Adjunct faculty at Boston University. 

Her career experience includes over thirty years of working in the Performing and Media Art avenues of entertainment.  She has worked as a Producer, Creative Producer, UPM, and Line Producer.  Over the past eight years, she has produced and served as production manager for various Live events, Theatre productions, Fashion films, TV series, Documentaries/series, Narrative shorts, and Music videos. Her world travels have set her apart in the Creative Producer role.  She was the Vice President on the Board of Directors for Women in Film and Video New England. Her most prized position is serving as the Creative Director of Sarah’s Hope Charitable and Educational Foundation in Lufkin, Texas. “Sometimes, the most interesting things about people start in the heart!” Her favorite quote is,  “Wow them with Brilliance.”

Christine Castasus

With decades of experience as an accounting supervisor in the furniture industry and, most recently, a bookkeeper in the real estate investment industry, Christine is a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with a solid ability to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in all aspects of accounting.  She specializes in maintaining up-to-date financial data, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for analysis.  She is proficient in accounting software and has a solid understanding of financial principles. She takes pride in supporting the economic well-being of the businesses, ensuring that all financial processes run smoothly.

Caterina Aragon Lopez

​Graduated from Emerson College in 2019 with a BFA in Theater Education and Performance and a Minor in Latin American and Latinx Students. Her career experience includes implementing youth educational programs focusing on media, entertainment, and performing arts. She has also worked on film production and live events as an operations manager, and she dedicates her work to implementing organizational strategies and programs to support small businesses with the tools they need to manage their teams successfully. Caterina believes that to be a successful operations manager, you must understand how all departments function.

Reginauld "Reggie" Williams is an entrepreneur, educator, and business strategist with over a decade of experience in impact investment, public policy, and business advising. As the founder and CEO of Oak Lane, he supports C-Suite executives and organizations in achieving sustainable growth through strategic planning and innovative business solutions. Reggie has worked with organizations like the Give Black®️ Alliance, United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, Aras Corporation, and Emerson College. He also taught creative entrepreneurship and innovation at the Derby Entrepreneurship Center and advocates for arts and culture through leadership roles at MassCreative, the Dimock Center, and Boston Arts and Music Soul (BAMS) Fest." Zuhaly Ramon

Zuhaly Ramon is a Dominican- and Puerto Rican-American strategist, content creator, and entrepreneur dedicated to increasing Latinos' visibility and access. As Marketing Director for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the nation’s largest nonprofit focused on developing Latino professionals, she brings nearly a decade of experience in bilingual and bicultural strategic communications. With a background in advertising, Zuhaly has developed campaigns, events, and communications strategies for both B2B and B2C companies, working with high-profile clients such as Dunkin’, USPS, and Google. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Smith College and a master’s degree in Advertising Management from Boston University’s College of Communication.

Alejandra Spruill

​Alejandra Spruill is a Western Massachusetts based artist, educator and attorney from the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. Alejandra is an alumni of Emerson College where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Media Arts Production in 2019. Her current practice centers interdisciplinary analog photography and collage, along with various fiber arts. She holds a JD from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
